Tiffany has been practicing as a Psychotherapist for more than 20 years. Tiffany's skillsets include targeting personal and family issues, focusing in on coping skills to build and restore self esteem. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am experienced in all areas of counseling adults, as well as specialize specifically with adolescents and adults targeting self esteem, confidence building, anxiety and eating disorders, as well as sexual abuse.

What makes me unique is that I believe in establishing a strong rapport and trusting relationship with my patients, which includes keeping myself available in between sessions, by phone, so if a situation should arise and there is need for intervention between sessions, I am here for comfort and guidance.  read more>>
